Eric Wagner

A Minneapolis native, Eric Wagner brings over a decade of experience in property management and real estate investment. After graduating from Marquette University, he worked at Marcus & Millichap and Katz Properties before co-founding multiple real estate funds. Eric has managed over 598 multifamily units and currently owns nearly 100 units across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. His work focuses on creating family-friendly, well-maintained communities, with recent projects including senior housing developments in partnership with Azura. Eric now leads Fund III, enhancing apartment communities in Minneapolis.

Zack Olson

Zack Olson specializes in multifamily property management, asset optimization, and tenant-focused housing. With a background as an apartment broker at Marcus & Millichap, he has completed over $35 million in transactions and evaluated more than $200 million in properties. Zack brings deep market insight and a hands-on approach to management, prioritizing resident satisfaction and long-term community stability. His leadership helps ensure each property is a valuable and welcoming home for families.
